These are all words that came to my mind while photographing this project. Discreet and disconnected, these words metaphorically suggest the interpersonal relationships and their language in this turn of times. The reflection of this broken language manifests itself in my photographs in the form of scattered and distant objects.
This is a celebration that is over or a feast that people have left unfinished. Things are all intact, proof that there has been no war or apparent violence. The real violence, however, is felt in the absence of people.
