“Would you give me an artistic kiss?” My mother asked me this when I was five. Even today, the question keeps recurring to me when I think about art and what it means. What is an artistic kiss? For my mother, art began in films – namely, where real life ended. For Or love, I take photos resembling parts of film posters to appropriate the latter and make myself the lead actor in a film of my life: The man who loved women.
